That extra little push
Hey, I've posted before, but it seems like my buddies have gotten really busy and I would love to have someone to check in with on a day to day basis. A little bit about myself:
I'm 20, a full-time student, with about 35 lbs to lose (that I've been losing or gaining on and off since I was 12 and I want to finally get off for good). I'm not on any specific diet, but am trying to eat more fruits and veggies, cut out sugar, and have at least one source of protein at every meal (I'm a pescatarian- I eat fish, but no other meats- and on a student's budget, that basically means I'm a vegetarian). I 'm trying to drink a full eight glasses of water a day as well. I work out 4 days a week before classes, and I try to fit in a 5th workout of wed between classes (it only works when my lab ends early, but it has every week so far). I also swing dance as my main social activity, which I love, but is not high energy enough to count as a workout (just doing that last semester allowed me to gain the weight in the first place- my body really needs the morning workouts to stay in shape).
I would love to have someone to check in with, and hold me accountable when I'm not doing my best, and I'd be glad to offer really strong support in return. PM me if you're interested in being my buddy!
