Sorry it has taken me a while to get back to you...I hope you haven't given up the weight loss game or are you shrinking away. This week I have lost 1.5kg(which is just over 3lbs i think in your language).
I have been super good on the diet with the food and the exercise going great. I have been walking with a neighbour and really watching the kilojoules. I really need to focus this week because I am having a "tummy tuck"the next week to chop off all the excess ugly skin from my weight loss. I still have a ways to go but removing this will make me feel great on the outside as well as the inside.
