Hi everyone
I love reading everyones inspirational journeys. Maybe someone över the ocean"would like to chat so we can compare storys and our journey. I would dearly love to buddy up with someone who needs to lose lots of weight, tried everything and "just wants this one to work"...i need the lightbulb moment. I have just started my journey again..yes again and this time I am going to succeed...looking forward to chatting...leeny...aussie chick

hey leeny! my name is jen and i live overseas! i have 99 pounds to lose, i did have 111, but i have lost ten! woo hoo! anyway, i seriously have tried every diet in the book! no joke! well, i would love to keep in touch with you and be your weight loss buddy! i really feel something different in me this time, like i really want to achieve this goal and not let myself down once again. i look forward to talking to you soon!

I'm new to TFC, still finding my way around!!!
I'm in the UK, and have 127lb to lose in total , just started two weeks ago.

Hi Barb and Jen
Great to get a contact. I'm sure this support will help us lose our weight. Maybe we should introduce ourselves....I was 247lbs(although we use kgs over here,....thats 112kg aboutish). I lost 102lbs (got to 66kgs) but unfortuneatly found 41lbs again. I have started the diet once again and this time I will make it and stay there. I am nearly 40 years young, married 18 years and have 2 boys aged 16 and 14. They probably get sick to death of me always dieting. I have tried Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Sureslim and many meal replacements, shakes.etc. I think you just have to find what fits into your lifestyle. I work full time so find little time to prepare healthy meals. Can you relate? I hate the exercise thing but know that I should do it ...I know it helps. Please let me know of your stories and maybe we could post our weights say every Monday (hopefully our loses) so we can help each other...what do you think??..leeny

i weigh 232 i gained 4 pounds. that is not good at all

Hi guys
Sorry it has taken me a while to get back to you...I hope you haven't given up the weight loss game or are you shrinking away. This week I have lost 1.5kg(which is just over 3lbs i think in your language).
I have been super good on the diet with the food and the exercise going great. I have been walking with a neighbour and really watching the kilojoules. I really need to focus this week because I am having a "tummy tuck"the next week to chop off all the excess ugly skin from my weight loss. I still have a ways to go but removing this will make me feel great on the outside as well as the inside.
Anyhows, hoping you are all well and still fighting "the battle".Talk to you soon
