Default question about curves & cardio on days when not doing curves

Does anyone do exercising on the days when you don't go to Curves? Not sure if I should be doing something on the other 4 days of the week. Curves says to just come 3 days a week.

I used to go to Curves, I remember that for the membership it was a minimum requirement to attend at least three times a week. I used to go everyday. I would love to join again. Now that my daughter will be going to Kindergarten in the fall I will have more me time. I used to have to pay for babysitting b4. I think I would do three days at Curves and two days in water aerobics.

I go to curves on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I've been going to bally's with a free 2 month pass on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday or Sunday.

I like to exercise everyday.

Hi..I go to Curves 3 times a week and usually supplement with fat blasting yoga and walking on the days I don't go. I just bought Prevention's Belly Butt and Thigh workout that I am going to try today. Friday is shopping day after work and I usually don't do anything, except count my shopping as exercise (using myfooddiary.com).

I also do squats and arm exercises when I go the rest room during the day (I drink lots of water) (thanks to the person that gave me this idea!).

I go to Curves 4x per week, and I try to go for long walks on the other days.

I guess it really depends on your body. I lead a very sedentary life and although I eat really healthy, the weight won't come off unless I exercise almost every day.

Hi!!! I'm a member of Curves. When I first joined, I assumed you could only go 3 times a week as well. I asked one of the girls working there one day if you could go more than that, and she said we could go twice a day if we wanted. They just want you to go at least 3 times a week to see some kind of results. Good luck to you. Take care.

I usually go 5 times a week and when I don't go I try to walk, ride the exercise bike, do a fitness video, and I just bought the urban rebounder so I try and do that. Just some different ideas for you.

I do Walk away the lb videos on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Sunday is my day of rest!

I go to Curves on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. I do 3 rounds on the Curves circuit instead of 2. I guess it depends on how much time you have. The other days I do 30 min. on my elliptical but Friday is my day off of all exercise. That is set aside for family night and all attention is on them. I know I need to exercise 6 days a week or this weight will never come off. I just started but I know from the past many attempts what I need to do. What is different about this time is Curves and I really enjoy my time there.
