Hi..I go to Curves 3 times a week and usually supplement with fat blasting yoga and walking on the days I don't go. I just bought Prevention's Belly Butt and Thigh workout that I am going to try today. Friday is shopping day after work and I usually don't do anything, except count my shopping as exercise (using myfooddiary.com).
I also do squats and arm exercises when I go the rest room during the day (I drink lots of water) (thanks to the person that gave me this idea!).
