
well hello everyone, i just joined today and wanted to say HI.
I am a 35 year old who has struggled with weight her whole life, my bigges,t almost reaching 300lbs.....arrrrggg

embarrased to admit it, but hey if I dont admit it then who will....I am now down to 240lbs, I still have a ways to go, I would like to be back down to 170/180..as this is what i was pre kids....and I am not designed to be "skinny" I was built to have curves and curves is what I will have!!lol.anyway my hubby loves my curves, i just want less of them!!lol
My kids keep me busy and I am trying to work out at least 4 times a week, I am watching what I eat but not dieting, as I feel I have failed everytime when i have done strict dieting...so this time, and it has been successful so far, I have what i want just not alot of it!!......of except fries from BK or fat cheeseburgers, I still have fries only i bake them and i make my burgers with venison or ground turkey and always grill or broil them......I have actually got the kids likeing them better this way too!!lol....Oh my kids are great, we have 4 still at home and 3 off doing big boy stuff, the older 3 are my step children, but I love em just like i gave birth to em!!.so yeah we have 7 kids in all!! and no it is not religion we just lost our minds for a short period of time!!!lol
