I'm studying to become a teacher - and along with studying I'm trying to win the battle of the bulge also. I've had so many false starts, and I always seem to rush back to my comfort foods! But I'm with you - I'm hoping this time I make it, and with the help of this site I'm hoping to keep motivated and to learn how not to stress and rush to food to make myself feel temporarily better!
