One of our local country stations ran a contest called "Rob & Joss's New Year's Loss" and I was chosen as the 3rd (and final) contestant!!! I had to write in 105 words or less why I want to lose weight/tone up/get healthy.

If I win, this is the prize package:

* A One YEAR membership at University of Sports!
* A personal training package
* A makeover from Creations Day Spa
* a 3 months supply of Aquafina
* and $500 in new clothes!

Even if I don't win I get a pretty nice prize package!!!

The voting will be on Saturday at the University of Sports in Rohnert Park from noon - 2pm, and it's up to the public who wins. There's me, "The Fat Mom"; Tess, who drove down to San Diego for the "Biggest Loser" Casting call (that was cancelled); and Chris, who's too big to fit into a go-cart.

The pictures, essays, and bios are supposed to be posted on the website. I'll post the link once it's done.

The voting was yesterday. I wasn't chosen as the grand prize winner, but I'm still a winner!!!

The gym gave me a 3 month family membership (we'll be going in this morning to start it!), I also got a session with a trainer, a 30 minute massage, and 1 month of unlimited tanning. YEAH ME!!!
