The point of Wave 1 is to help you with cravings.. the weight loss is a bonus.

Even if you stayed on Wave 1 longer, the initial loss would slow down, so don't expect the same loss if you stayed on for 10 more days.
Weight loss isn't a race. Your body is going to get there when it gets there.

Some people are going to lose faster than others.. not fair but a reality. Find something that you can do for the rest of your life. The weight WILL come off .. slow and steady. For some people, being overly restrictive can back-fire on you in a big way and lead to a binge.
I personally didn't feel the need to restrict myself from anything along my journey and I am doing just fine.
