I love the book and the recipes, very easy to follow... even though I fell off the wagon....I do think this is one of the best diets I have seen, I even went and b ought a plate to match (size wise) one 7" and 9".. the family thinks im a little off in the head, lol... but who cares... it can work...India
This is the best diet I have ever done. It works. I am losing and feeling so much better. My husband is also doing it and he has so much more energy (me too). I can see some positive changes in the horizen.
The first few days aren't easy but after that it is smooth sailing. Good luck! And you will be so proud of how good of a cook you have become! (if you aren't already).
