Yay!! My RealAge is 20.3!! I actually do feel healthier and younger at 23 than when I was 20. It says I sleep too much though! I thought a lot of sleep was healthy for you. What a fun site!

I tried this (wow - what a lot of questions!) and it says that I am 7.4 years older than my actual age. That isn't surprising given the amout of weight I need to lose. However I am not eating much more fish (I don't much like it) and I am happy driving 6 - 9 miles over the speed limit.

Thanks for the link - it was definitely interesting!

Yeah isn't that neat? I like how it tells you your age then what you can do to maintain it or if it's high get it lower! I did it long before I started being healthy and just now then i was older now im younger for obvious reasons, But I just thought it was a neat site.

My RealAge is 34.2, but I'm really 32.3.

I think we all need to check it again in 90 days to see if that number goes up or down!

Well that was depressing! I gained over 4 years!!

age: 28.9
Realage: 33.6

I guess in exercise I can bring down my realage, but yea, I like to drive fast and I drive a LOt...so that doesn't help much. I'd like to bring it down at least two years though!
