Well, not to be overly dramatic or "woe is me" but I think that living alone is not quite so healthy for little old me. I've regained 30 lbs (of a hard-lost 65) over 18 months, because of med school stepping up and moving to a town where I only know my 30 or so classmates. It's way too easy to skip cooking, cause it's just for me, or to eat, um, Mt Dew and potato chips for dinner (same reason). My last roommate was also my workout buddy, so it's kinda depressing to go at it alone (not to mention between asthma and deconditioning I can't run worth a flip anymore).
All right, to focus - I'd like a friend, or a buddy, or even just someone that I can commiserate with and kinda stay on track with. Heck, the more the merrier, right? My biggest focus is gonna be to rediscover how much I like to workout (and run the Race for the Cure in 2006 with a time under 30 min).
Oh yeah, I'm 25, and a student, have 2 cats....like pilates, tae bo/kick boxing, belly dancing, running, elliptical machine and free weights.
Good luck everyone!
