Question Home scale ten pounds less than WW?

I have a medical balance beam scale, but it has been through a lot. I noticed that the WW scale weighed a full ten pounds more than the home scale did that morning, and my doctor's scale weighs seven pounds more.

Any tips for calibrating the scales so I can weigh more often than once a week at home?

Thanks for your help.

I am aware that my home scale weighs everyone five pounds lighter than professional scales. I just keep that in the back of my mind and add it onto whatever the scale says. Our bathroom scale is really, really old...I'm talking 1950s old.

Talking LOL! Diet veterans --

weigh themselves stark naked first thing in the morning, first making sure their bladders are empty!!!!

And did you know it's an absolute rule that all diets must start on a Monday? For sure!!!
