I just have to say it -- The scale moved!
I lost two pounds. Its been forever since I've seen the scale go down instead of up. It felt so good.
Now I have 38 more to go!
I just joined Weight Watchers and have been lurching here for ages. I'm doing flex because I need portion control badly. I am also finding that I eat when things are stressful, so another thing to work on.
I've been keeping zero point foods for stress attacks and that has helped, but sometimes only chocolate will fix things.
I have to say that this group is wonderful. I've been passing the website out to all the other ladies at my weight watchers meeting.
