Hi Everyone! I'm new to this board and just wanted to introduce myself & say hi. My name is Kim, I'm 44 & I live in NW New Jersey (35 miles from NYC). I have been on Atkins since April 2004 and have lost 85 lbs. Another 20 lbs and I will be at goal I'm looking forward to getting to know you all & making some new friends.

Awesome job I also am from New Jersey..south..I am on a diet similar to Atkins it is called the Scarsdale it's not really a diet but more of a change of life..I have to update my signature but I have lost a total of 11 pounds in 12 days...You are doing sooooo awesome how many sizes did you go down? I have about 13 pounds to go. Great job!

Thanks for all the replies! LC is an awesome WOL...BEST decision I ever made in my life! I was wearing size 3X and now I'm wearing size 10's & 12's!! The important thing about this WOL is....DON"T EVER GIVE UP!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
