We get them here with chinese food. Breaded chicken chunks and then you dip them in sweet and sour sauce.

Oh...I know what those are, just didn't know that they were called Chicken Balls. My husband would have had a smarty pants comment as well.

Ohhhh... Yeah, chicken balls!! Now I remember seeing them at a Chinese restaurant. I don't know the calories, but at least I know what they are now!! Although I think that at the restaurant I was at, they were a totally separate "dish".. Actually rounded "balls" of chicken and other stuff. I really like the sweet and sour chicken.... too bad it's fried. I still let myself have ONE.

Well, if these chicken balls are deep-fried, they're not good for you anyway. I'd eat them very sparingly.
