In the book under the example menu's it states the snacks for a man and for a woman. I was wondering are we aloud to have all that is listed there for a snack in one day, or are we to choose one snack off of that list for a day??? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. Maybe I am overlooking it. My husband lost 12# on wave 1 and I lost 9#. Pretty excited to keep it going. He only has about 20 more pounds to go. I have about70 or 80 to go.

As far as snacks, for both Waves it is three meals plus two snacks a day.
