Default I need a kick in the...

tushy!

I have been doing pretty well all week.. staying between 1100-1400 calories.. not snacking so much and choosing BETTER snacks if I do.. and I have been working out a lot (for me, anyways, lol).

1/23.. 15 mins in the AM and 30 mins in the PM at around 11 MPH on the bike

1/24.. I did a fast paced walk pushing my 15 month old in the jogger stroller for 45 minutes.

1/25.. off

1/26.. 15 minutes on the bike at 11-14 MPH

1/27.. 20 minutes on the bike at 11-14 MPH

Today I will be doing another 45 minute walk, and again tomorrow.

Maybe this just isn't enough? I get so tired on the bike so quickly (stationary).. but there is nowhere to walk here. I just don't FEEL like I am losing weight.. I guess? My tummy feels a bit thinner, but I guess I am just getting a little discouraged! I have snuck on the scale even though I KNOWWW I shouldn't, and it doesn't seem to be budging! I knowwww it's only been a few weeks, LOL. My weigh in is the AM.

Kim, (can i call you kim?) Hang in there hunny... it hasnt been that long... these things take time... i know its easy to get discouraged when your not seeing results and busting your hump, but it will happen...

you just need to remember... you didnt put all this weight on over night, its not going to come off over night either...

just keep up the good work and you'll start seeing results before ya know it

FYI -- After I started bike training, I noticed that the first ten or twenty minutes were hard, but then the muscles warm up and biking is easier. You might actually feel better if you bike longer. Just some personal experience...
