For breakfast I had FF cottage cheese mixed with protein powder and topped with all bran extra fiber. snack will be an apple, lunch some turkey meatloaf, PM snack probably protein pudding and dinner TBD because we go to a friend's house to watch TV tonight.

Thank goodness it's almost Friday is all I have to say!

Oh and for protein shakes I have been drinking Myoplex Low Carb ones (strawberry flav-yum!) or EAS Advantedge (I got the coffee flavored one and was not too impressed). I have two different protein powders I have been trying to use plus I picked up some of that Stallone protein pudding at my GNC for wicked cheap--and it tastes just like regular pudding only it has 20 g of protein!

Breakfast: Breakfast burrito with 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1 turkey sausage pattie, 1 low carb tortilla, and 1 slice 2% cheese (a favorite!)
Lunch: Subway salad, double chicken meat, honey mustard dressing
Dinner: Chicken breast fajitas with lots of pepper/onion and low carb tortillas. (What would I eat without low carb tortillas???) , Salad
Snack: happy apple.
Workout: Chest/biceps and step aerobics.

Tomorrow a big trip to Spokane and we don't want to cheat! That will be a challenge. We are doing Mongolian grill again. I'm sure I won't workout, but I've gotten in all workouts so far. KEEP ON TRACK EVERYBODY! You're doing GREAT!

I've been busy this morning and I have to work this afternoon so I think I'll do some chest and biceps with Alex at noon and try to stay under 1500 cals for the day.

Leigh? I get plain protein powder from a bulk food store. Suits my income and it's very versatile. Either soy or whey ... I switch back and forth.

When I do mexican here's what I do. I get a chicken taco salad with no shell. I ask them to serve it on a plate with half the cheese and I ask them to put sour cream and salsa on the side. I then use about one tbsp of sour cream and all the salsa. It cuts the calories to less than half, and at my fav. mexican restaurant it tastes quite delicious and is filling. I don't eat chips and salsa either. Good luck. In my experience Mexican food and chinese food are the most challenging to do well at. I only go chinese if it's a full blown cheat, unless they have a mongolian grill. But I've found that with Mexican the modified salad is the only thing even close to being on track.
