I've read the book "fit for life", so i'm going to just do the diet method in that book, they basically talk about proper food combining and everything, but i'm not going to eat bread or meat either. i also have a fitness room at my apartment complex i live at so i plan on exercising probably 4-5 times a week and drinking lots and lots of water. do you have any ideas?
Hi I am Kim and I to am looking to shed around 40 some pounds or so. I was on and off weight watchers so I decided to do it at home on my own and excercise everyday!!! I found the CORE exercise ball kit and love it and I do the tredmill too everyday. But I use to hate exercising and this program is fun!!! I am addicted to it!!! I feel if we have people to motivate us and to turn to...especially on those yucky days we can do it!!!
