Ok, after falling off the wagon for 3 days, I am back on it again. I am not sure what happened...........maybe lack of willpower or due to that I am fighting a nasty bug bite infection and was on Steroids. But I am committed to finish out this month on Phase I. I have a wedding to attend on Feb. 25 and would like to weigh 150. Here is my goal for today, like I say take one day at a time.........
8 glasses of H20
30 Minutes of Cardio
Follow today's meal plan
Meal plan:
Breakfast: 2 scrambeled eggs w/ Canadian Bacon and RF mex cheese
Decaf Coffee w/ Skim milk and splenda
Snack: 2% string cheese and celery
Lunch: SB Mirco meal
Snack: handful of snow peas and lf cottage cheese
Dinner: LC Mex Chicken and beans ( will post recipe if I like it)
Dessert: NSA fudge pop w/ peanut butter and Cool whip

Good Luck everyone!!!!!!

I think I am in for a Phase 1 restart, starting...right now. In the last week or so, with moving and having the kitchen packed away, DH and I ate a lot of really nasty evil fast food, especially . And this weekend I caved at a church dinner and had a handful of . I have a lot of stuff that I want to detox out. I probably will stay on Phase 1 for 1 week or perhaps until February 1.

Here is my meal plan for today (breakfast was P2 because it's all I could find- will be shopping later today! Tomorrow's breakfast will be P1)...

B: SBD Breakfast Bar
S: 15 cashews
L: chicken with SBD-friendly BBQ sauce, spinach salad, FF refried beans (1/4 cup)
S: lowfat string cheese, sliced chicken
D: grilled salmon or chicken (not sure which yet), mixed vegetables (will use SBD recipe of some kind), salad
D: ricotta dessert

I normally drink 72+ ounces of water every day and 1-2 Caffeine Free Diet Cokes. Occasionally I will add in herbal tea.

Exercise planned: a lot of my DVDs are still boxed up but I may try to dig up a WATP workout. Or maybe I'll just go for an old-fashioned walk.

Hi ladies,
I'm new to this forum, but have had success with the SBD in the past and want to give it another try! Trying to lose those last 10 baby pounds!
br. 2 eggs (boiled)
lunch - stir fry with brocolli, cauliflower, nuts
snack - low carb blue bunny yogurt ( carb freedom - peach)
dinner - chicken, veggies of some kind
snack - string cheese

** I just found prepackaged nuts by Planter's. This way I don't overdo it.

Thanks for letting me join in! Good luck!

This day has been pure ****. LOL

I woke up with a massive headache, which I still have...I did great allll day though until I came home.. I managed to eat some dill pickles.. SEVERAL! I retain water like you wouldn't believe.. UGH@Myself!

For dinner, I plan on having a salad, so as long as I don't do anymore damage, the pickles will be my only screw up for today... Not getting off to a good start.

Hello Ladies,

Starting SB again. Doing good for the day, but feel a headache coming on.
Hardest part for me is drinking the water.

Hi P1ers! Here is what I have on the menu for today...

B: Breakfast cheesecake (made from a recipe I got on here under P1 breakfast), 6 oz V8
S: sliced chicken, lowfat cheese
L: cola chicken (thanks Schatzi! ), spinach salad, black cherry SF Jello
S: 15 cashews
D: pesto chicken out of SBD book, salad, mixed veggies
D: SF fudgesicle

I highly recommend the breakfast cheesecakes, esp for people who don't like eggs or prefer non-traditional breakfast food. (They're kind of like dessert for breakfast). I made them up in cupcakes so they'd be easy to grab on the way to school.

amb_lyn, I hope your headache got better! 1day@atime, hang in there! Definitely get that water in, it helps a lot. Sometimes I will add Crystal Lite or Water Sensations to my water bottle to make it more interesting.

Hey all, I'm lumping myself in with the 01/23 -ers even though today is my real start.

B: a poached egg, v8
S: string cheese
L: salad w/tuna and feta
S: not sure
D: not sure, maybe grilled chicken and roasted veggies

I think my main obstacle will be letting go of the cokes and flavored coffees I became hooked on when I started dating my fiance. Before that I'd drink maybe one coke a week and rarely visit a starbucks, but with him cokes were daily and coffee was almost daily.

Get some Dairy in thar...and at least 4 1/2 cups of veggies...

Have you tried Zero Coke... it's pretty good,

And, Davinci makes these sugar free syrups that you might want to try fer your cawfee... I hear that it tastes great.

Have you checked out the recipes fer phase 1? There are some delish ones

Schatzi - I tried the Coke Zero but it tasted weird to me. Too sweet? Not sure. I'm sticking with the good old fashioned (caffeine free) Diet Coke!

Definitely some good recipes in the recipe section. One of these days I must break down and make that taco bake that everyone is talking about!
