I hear ya' when it comes to sweets. I think we're programmed at an early age for eating those yummy junk foods. I can only suggest to stay away from them for awhile, drink lots of water, exercise, and eat alot of fresh fruits (for that sweetness you crave) & veggies.
I went jogging today for about 20 minutes and felt very energized & "jazzed."

Maybe if you went for a walk or jogged a few minutes each day, that might help you get your mind off of sweets???
