Hi all,
I'm 21, married, wanting to lose 35lbs and looking for a buddy to email back and forth with daily. Someone to email how many calories we ate and what exercises we did that day.
For the next two weeks I am on a very low calorie diet recommended by my doctor to help restart the weight loss. I will be eating 1000 calories a day for 2wks then I will go back to my 1200-1500 calories a wk diet.
I would love someone who is up for doing the 1000 calories with me or just someone to email and keep me accountable.
My favorite exercises are walking my dogs, doing yourself fitness, and walking on the treadmill while watching tv lol. My favorite no no foods are mexican and pizza. My husband and I normally eat out a lot which I am trying to stop doing that so much.
I really need to lose this weight so that I can be healthy enough to have a baby.
