Hi!

I have recently been watching my calorie intake, but I will be getting a Nutrisystem delivery in about 1 week. I plan to do this for 1-2 months to help myself with portion control, then go back to a WW type of approach.

I just had my 3rd and final daughter to join my adopted son (through foster care). I am ready to do this weight loss thing for real this time. I have tried almost EVERY diet and I figure with the money I have spent on diets and exercise memberships/equipment I should be the fittest girl around. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way!

Anyway, I would love to find someone who is on a similar journey or someone who has been there done that. Let me know if there is anyone out there!
