Hi everyone! Where to start? Well, I am 31 years old and trying to get in shape/eat healthier/and lose weight. I joined a gym last year but only went sporadically and it is time to do something about that. I can find 1 million reasons why I can't go to workout. Like: too tired, too much else to do, no time, it's late, etc.... I am sure you know what I mean. I have done WW in the past but of course, gained it all back. I am planning on watching my calorie intake, making healthier food choices, and exercising. I went to the gym Monday and Tuesday night and am planning on going again on Friday. I would like some buddies to chat with on this site. I don't have instant messenger or anything like that. Also how do you get the weight loss ticker at the bottom that shows how much you need to lose?
