Hello, I just wanted to say hi to everyone. I am new to the boards and thought I would introduce myself. My name is Niki and I am currently on Nutrisystem. I started on 12/6/05 at 283 lbs. I did my weigh in today at 260.4 lbs. I am taking weight loss slow and easy this time. I am soooo tired of the weight loss yo yo.

Nutrisystem is a pre packaged food program that works on your glycemic index. Nutrisystem.com will explain it better. All I know is that they send me food to eat and I drink lots of water. It is working so far. Is that your baby in the picture? What a beautiful baby. I see by your ticker that your scale is heading in the right direction. Good Job. Keep up the good work.
