Hello! Is anyone in here from Louisiana? I've only met one person and I know there should be more with all the fattening foods we eat here! LOL I would like to buddy up with some people from here so come on out!! I have yahoo messenger and AIM, and you can PM me. I'm 21 and have 2 little girls. I stay at home most of the time. I am counting calories and loving it! It is very easy so far. The weight is coming off easier than ever before. I just need to stick with it! I'm glad to hear counting calories is working for you... I'm trying to learn more about it because I've heard such positive results from people.

Elise~It is really hard to not eat all those gumbos and ettouffe and stuffing and rice dressing..haha, I am getting hungry now. Once I counted all my calories I realized I was eating way too much and not eating very healthy foods. It kind of turned me off to food and I just "clicked." I said this is going to be the diet that works for me! I don't have any bad cravings and I have more energy and I am happier so the diet is working out well. I have only been on it a couple weeks so I will see how well it goes. Welcome to you also and if you want to talk you can send me a message. Where about do you live? I live near Lafayette.
Dandk~I'm glad you are doing so well on your diet! Keep up the good job! Are you trying to get any exercise in? I know it's hard for me with 2 little ones at my feet all day. I am saving up for a treadmill so hopefully I can get one and use it soon. Until then I am cleaning as much as I can, just to stay active and doing alot more with the kids. It's not much but it makes a difference! I will be keeping in touch! Where about do you live? Welcome to the site, I have found alot of useful information here that I am sure has alot to do with my little success.
