Question Good video for a morning workout?

I was wondering if you have any ideas of what video would be good to do in the morning (approx. 30 minutes long). Something upbeat and fun, but not too loud because I live in an apartment and the people below me may not like me bouncing around too much at 6:30 in the Morning.

Yoga Booty Ballet! I am so not a morning person but I could maybe ??? get up for this one. Nah, I'll stick to my evening workouts. I'll think some more too for other ideas.

Yoga Booty Ballet is an okay workout to exercise too. But have you seen them being rated highly successful. This is the one that i want ya'll to go cop and get this Fitness Video Sweating in the Spirit it was rated the #1 Video in America! www.DonnaRichardson.com please go to that website and read about Donna Richardson she is the wife of the Popular Radio Show Host Tom Joyner. But she is makes her Video really fun she has 3 Live Performances by Yolanda Adams. Kirk Franklin and Shirley Murdcok. I don't think Yoga Booty Ballet has any Live Performances from the singers that they are playing during the workout session. But the Firm is a good workout video but its not as energetic as Sweating in the Spirit. But I'm just asking you to read about this very high impact workout its going to get ya'll in shape.

A lot of people like to do Leslie Sansone videos in the morn. I could never do anything before noon!

I have an old cardio session I recorded from Crunch Fitness with Donna Richardson (before she married the hardest working man in radio) called 'House Party'. It was one of my faves to do in the morning. Low-impact, dance. I recorded it onto my computer.

Thanks you guys! I will look into all of these. I really appreciate all of your input.
Where in MI are you from Shanice? I am originally from the Kalamazoo area (30 miles south).

I would recommend The Firm, Kickbutt and Fitprime. Not sure what lenght of time you are aiming for during a morning workout, but 30 minute workouts have been a big thing for Firm "add on" workouts. If you want 45-60 minutes, check out the Kickbutt/Fitprimes as they are awesome.
