
HI everyone I was on this board a few years ago, and decided to come back because hopefully this is the time I loose the weight I need. I am in N.C.( just got here 4 months ago) and would like to enjoy walking the mountians without getting tired. I evacuated New Orleans 4 months ago, and am just now getting some of my exercise gear that I left behind. I am not sure how much I weigh, left the scale behind

, but I am guessing 260, I am 5' 8" and do like exercising, just need the motivation. I would like to loose 80 lbs, and hope to find the support here. Thanks Cheryl
