I already did my FIRM tape this AM.. and did some cleaning/reorganizing in my bedroom for a good 2-3 hours today.. did some shopping.. and didn't sit on my can TOO much.. but still..
We ended up eating dinner a little late. It's now 8pm and I feel like a blob. Will it really make a difference if I go sack out on the bed now or walk on the treadmill for 15-30 min.? Or am I just nuts?
This is my first week and I've been pretty good, just feel like I have ruined my whole week by eating so late

someone just tell me I'm nuts, please?!
Tomorrow night is my first weigh-in too..
