Default Recipes!

Linda- please stop posting!!! (by the way this is said in jest, in case there is an outcry!)

I have actually been to the shop to buy spinach for the recipe you posted earlier, and am now torn between that and the pork stir fry. I've just come back to the PC and there are two more yummy recipes.

Isn't this a great plan- I'm having jamaican jerk chicken (from the book), with spinach and pine nuts and brown rice for dinner. I can't remember when I've eaten such good food when being on a 'diet'.

Hey for Sonoma (and Linda's recipes)

and the scary part is I have LOTS more.. just not enough finger strength to keep typing right now. Keep checking back over the weekend. Never know what you might find.

I love modifying recipes to fit the Med/Sonoma lifestyle because food SHOULD taste good. Eating Heathly should mean eating tasty!!

Thank you Linda.. for the wonderful recipes, will be trying lots of them in the coming weeks. I see recipes all the time and am already looking them over to see if they are Sonoma friendly. India
