Default Question???

Ok ladies....I have a question I hope you can answer.
Is there a web site that I can type in the ingredients
to a recipe and it will tell me how many calories are in it?
I hope someone out there can give me a answer

fitday.com will do that for you. I've done it for homemade soup and stew, ya know? Then all you have to do is put in the portion of the dish you actually ate .... like .25 or half.

There are also some other programs like Accuchef and BigOven that are more recipe based and have other features. You can plan meals, create shopping lists, scale recipes for numbers of people, etc.
