Default So much for my 8lb target!!

I have been on a foodfest today, I feel bloated and knackered. Its so weird the way we do this sometimes. I suppose its that feast or famine thing. Tomorrow will see me on the right track again. For all my big talk I now think that my target will now have to be 5lbs!! Oh and I had a Texan on the way home, the chocolate bar mores the pity and not the man!!

Doesn't eating like this make you feel lousy.

Hope you all have more willpower than myself

Love Michele

One day won't do that much damage, honest. And the important thing is to pick yourself back up again, so don't be too down on yourself.

I've given up making targets you just feel rubbish when you don't reach them. Ok I do have a little target of 52 pounds off and kept off this year that is all.

Thank you for your kind words, and your right the damage can't be that bad. I'd say I am a tad hormonal too, that always gives me the urge to eat.

Thank you again

When I started I used to have targets with dates on them, and at first I met every one, then came summer and my weight loss slowed and stopped. Normal people lose weight in summer and stall in winter, but we all know I am not normal. So now I have my big target and that's it. My wish is to get there by June 07!
