I think there's even threads for walkers. We must go hunt for those.
The first time I walked I went almost 20 minutes. The doctor told me to be careful or I'd have a heart attack!
After a few months I was up to almost 3 miles almost everyday.
Then I got into weightlifting a bit.
Now, I do any old thing. Walk, bike, elliptical, videos .... but I really enjoy weights.
Let's see what the others say.
