Default Kathy Smith Project You

On beachbody.com they have kathy smiths project you, there are 3 workouts on 1 dvd (pilates, cardio and lower body/abs workout) plus you get a journal and food plan for $14.95, I was wondering if anyone has this, thinks it is worth it?? Does it work?

Jennifer 3FC did this for a while and loved it. She wrote an article here that might be helpful She eventually quit the program when she joined a gym and found all she needed there.

I just received my Project You but I bought the full, 8-workout version. I'm pregnant and expecting within the week, but this looked like a perfect way for me to start getting back into shape when I can start exercising again. I have a lot of Kathy's other videos so I expect good things from this program!

I bought this and like it - I did get bored with it though. I just added other Kathy Smith's tapes into the mix to help. I haven't did it in awhile though as I'm really into Turbo Jam right now. I liked it better then the Slim Series.

I did the full program which I lost over 20lbs on. But you are talking about the intro program which isn't as good. The way Kathy set-up the program is that you would do 30 min of cardio 6 days a week and 30min of strength training 4 days a week and one day of pilaties and yoga. I don't think that my results would have been as good if I had gone with the intro program.

It is a very good beginner's program. I couldn't have asked for a better start to weight training. It did get redundant towards the end, and I quit it a week before the official end, if I remember correctly. I did mix up the timesaver workouts for the cardio that was in the set. The weight training stayed challenging. I just added more weights.
