Default 3 hr buddy request

Hello everyone ,
I am a new member in search of a 3 hr diet buddy. I started the new way of eating a few days ago and would like to have a buddy. I do welcome anyone else that would like to respond even if they have just started a different diet, or would like to coach me along, however I do prefer 3 hr buddy. It would be easier to share and compare if working the same program. Much success to us all.

If you go under Jorge Cruise.com, you can read all about it. Also, there is some good information on this website about it. It's also listed in this great website under the Jorge Cruise thread. I'm finding it very easy. It is more closer to any normal way of eating that I have ever come across.

I just got the book and have been reading it. Sounds pretty sensible...maybe we could check in with each other.

Let's do keep in touch. I'm close to finishing the book but I wanted to go ahead and get started. Believe it or not, I can already tell that my stomach is going down and it has not been a full week yet. If you go under Jorge Cruise on this site, Laura has listed a great food list from the book that you can print and refer to. It is easier than trying to refer to the book until you get the planning down packed.

Ohh great! I will definitely check that out. I am about halfway done and plan on doing meal planning and grocery shopping this weekend so I can really give it a go next week. This week I loosely followed the plan but found myself still snacking more than "supposed" to.
