I love eating healthy I feel like im not even dieting this is great i just hope i actually lose weight from this i should becouse i was eating so unhealthy and now im eating healthier and trying to stay under 18-1600 cal's a day with a 20 min.. workout in the morning and a treadmill jog for 30 min at night after dinner along with a few strength training moves, and i avoid eating after i put my dd to bed at 8:30 Does this sound okay like i might lose weight from this plan? thanks for everything guys!- Kim
