Thanks. I didn't notice very much on the Zone when I did a search. My Mom started it a couple years ago, lost her weight and is still following the plan...easy to do since it's a lifestyle change vs. "diet", if you want it that way. I've learned a little from her as far as blocks, amounts and balancing carbs, fat and protein at every meal and each snack. I feel much more satisfied when I eat this way. That said I'm not as "exact" about it as I probably should be, and was just curious if there was anyone here following it. Thanks again.
