Question To drink or not to drink ... diet coke?

Maybe you guys can help me out. I've heard people say that YES drinking diet cokes are ok and I've heard NO drinking diet drinks are bad for you. I drink about one diet pepsi a day plus my Weight Watchers recommended water which is about 6-8 oz glasses. So what's your opinion on the diet coke question? Good or bad? Your help is appreciated!

I say if you like diet coke and you want it, once a day or less (maybe 3 times a week?) it is ok. Don't deprive yourself of something you enjoy. As long as you are still drinking lots of water, I personally don't think there is a problem with a little bit of diet coke. I'm no expert though, lol.

I agree if you want a diet drink have it. I usually have 2 diets a day but I also make sure I drink all my water.(I drink 3-32 oz jugs of water a day) Soda should not replace your water. Depriving yourself of something you want is not want it’s all about IMO.
It’s about making healthy choices and moderation.....
I went a week once drinking nothing but water & milk....I didn't feel any different and as far as I could tell it didn't make a difference in my weight lose.

Depends on if you buy into the horror-story-of-the-month or not.

Diet soft drinks are not harmful. Some people avoid them because they have a personal committment to avoiding highly-processed foods, which of course they are. Some people shun artificial sweeteners. I drink several a day, some caffeinated, and in my younger days drank much, much more. They have neither harmed my health nor affected my weight loss.
