Im just curious from all of you that have been dieting for a while is a piece of the sara lee 100% whole wheat bread (100 cals) and 2 teasp reduced fat peanut butter with slices of bannana on top good for you for breakfast? I had it this morning and i loved it! I am just trying to eat healthier and was curious if im heading in the right direction? thanks! - kim

Sounds like a GREAT breakfast! If it made you feel good then it's probably a good choice for you!

That sounds like a good start.......however I would check how you are feeling later in the morning. I eat oatmeal and it keeps me satisfied to lunch time, providing I eat it with fruit. You might want to try shaking it up now and then........more protein would be good too (I struggle on the protein for breakky!!)
