Well I can honestly say that I keep on trying to go on these diets and exercise for maybe two weeks at a time and then quit. I don't know why I can't stick to anything. Does anyone have any suggestions?
HI Gigi.. Have you tried a group?? I belong to Tops and find the support of others is very valuable in your weight loss journey.. there are Tops groups all over the us and canada.... It is very inexpensive compared to other groups... Barb
I have been at this for 3 months now, and I have had some succes with just trying to make one change at a time.
For me, I started exercise, then after a few weeks, upping my water intake, then more fruits and veggies a little after that. Last week, I started a food journal. It seems easier this time adjusting to one change at a time. Hope that helps!
