i dotn remember what it costs as it was in my drawer for years......i do think it was under 20 and worth it...i like closing the little windows after i eat each item....controls my eating as im aware of everything i eat now...im a depression eater, and sweets are my decline. but here i can have them if i want to give up a bread or 2 for the day. look online and see if it interests you...i heard only good things about it. i think its a no fee weight watcher plan....just get the food mover and book and youre all set..! im determined this time around. i wont open my pool unless i lose at least 50! need 90 but i can live with 50 for now....less than 2 a week is good for me tho it seems enless doesnt it? lol

I was on this program when it first came out years ago. I stayed with it for like 4 months than somwhere along the way, lost intrest in it. But it IS a good way to keep track of all your daily food intake...especially the water part! that was the best part for me.

I think I paid like $20 something for the entire set. You might have to go check it out on his website...I don't know what it is but it's probably something simple. (like his name).

good luck!!!

I'm glad I found this thread. I just got the Foodmover and am thinking about doing a low glycemic version of it starting tomorrow after I grocery shop.
I once did Deal A Meal and lost 26 pounds in 4 weeks but ended up going off it (I don't know why).
