We still go out, or get pizza sometimes. The difference is that now I plan for it and "budget" the food into my count for the day. A pizza lasts a lot longer than it used to around here!
I also tend to go out places I can eat healthy. Yesterday, after a grueling week, we went to Chili's and I got the Guiltless Grill Salmon -- less than 500 cals and really tasty!
