Default sabatage

How do I overcome this? I eat well during the week and by the time Friday comes I don't feel like cooking dinner. All I really want is some type of take-out. In fact, I do not like cooking on Friday and Saturday. I need to retrain myself, but don't know how. Anyone else have this issue? What do you do to keep yourself on plan for the weekend?

Here is something that I do to help myself through the weekends. During the week I make a double batch of a couple of my dinners and put them in the freezer. I rotate them so that a meal that we had two weeks ago is now a meal that I just have to thaw and heat in the microwave on Friday or whenever. Another thing is that we'll have a grab-n-growl once a week, usually on Saturday or Sunday, where everyone fends for him or herself from leftovers or a quick meal that you make for yourself. I hope this is helpful. Good luck.

We still go out, or get pizza sometimes. The difference is that now I plan for it and "budget" the food into my count for the day. A pizza lasts a lot longer than it used to around here!

I also tend to go out places I can eat healthy. Yesterday, after a grueling week, we went to Chili's and I got the Guiltless Grill Salmon -- less than 500 cals and really tasty!
