I'm new to this forum and someone may have already suggested this, but Dance Dance Revolution is a GREAT way to get exercise. For those of you who don't know what DDR is, it is a video game that comes with a 'dance mat' and you have to match the steps displayed by arrows on the screen while music plays. You can set it to different difficulties and it has a workout mode which is COOL! (makes the time go by fast for me) I've lost 10 lbs. since Halloween eating what I always eat, but playing DDR for 30 minutes 4 days a week. If you find it hard/boring to do regular exercise, try Dance Dance Revolution. I don't think you'll get in shape playing it, but it's very good for aerobic exercise.
