Default Pizza, water weight gain??????

Hey everyone ! How was everyones xmas and new years? Mine was boring but good ( I had a week off). I Had a quick ? about pizza. I have lost really good, I lost 3 pounds over xmas and I lost 4 last week . I did not cheat at all!! However on new years day we had pizza and I had nothing to eat all day but oatmeal(we went shopping) and I was really hungry so I had 4 pieces of pizza . I just counted them as 2 proteins In the CC. Then on monday I gaines 1.5 ponds. Is that water weight and how soon will it go away??? I start TO monday because of it and today Im down .5. Its so frustrating. No pizza ever again or at least not 4 pieces. Thanks for any answers!!!

Pizza kills me with my weight. If I have any, I try to do it for lunch after WI so that I have 2 days to get rid of it before I WI again...and that's only one slice with the gold plan! Drink some lemon water and LOTS of water. You should be back to normal by tomorrow, I would think.

i think most of the carb cravers are higher in sodium then regular food. I am sure that it is water weight and if you drink extra water and through in a glass or two of lemon water it should be gone within 2 days.

I have been told to do carb cravers and dine out on the same day because you will have way too much sodium also...just FYI

Many of the CC meals cause water retention. I always insist my clients drink 10-12 glasses of water on any day they have a CC meal. Then, try not to have beef or pork or anything else with lots of sodium for the next 24 hours. Believe it or not, it also helps to follow a CC meal with a fresh, green salad. The raw vegetables help relieve the affects of high sodium. This works as a follow up to frozen meals as well.
