Default Wonderful SB Recipes

Any newbies like me, who don't have the cookbooks yet, I've found a great resource here, with lots of recipes provided by SB online.

http://search.allrecipes.com/Recipe/...id=65&x=6&y=14

In addition to the great recipes right here at Beach chicks!

So many delish options, my biggest problem planning my first Phase 1 week is deciding which ones to make first!

The curried lentils sound YUMMY!

Thanks for posting this. All recipes is a great website. I'll move this to FAQ in a while.

I checked out that site and found some things that I will definately try. But I do not see a recipe for Curried Lentils in the South Beach section. Could you post the one that you are talking about, please.

Please post it in the recipe section, rather than here. Take pity on your poor moderators who are having a hard time keeping ahead these days!

Ooops sorry I am just getting used to your categories -- the curried lentils OOOPS were actually from another site, I will post them in the right place -- I am making them with the Chicken Satay from this page & got confused!

I meant the actual recipe into the recipe section. The website is just fine here!
Now I need to find that Chicken Satay and move it!
