Default New to the site....Looking for a support buddy!!

Hello, my name is Tina....and I am a fatoholic.

I am 27years old and 269lbs., as of this morning. I am married to a supportive husband and have a four year old daughter. I am a stay at home mom with lots of time to think about what I should be doing about my current size. Let's just say I'm so tired of being super-sized!!

Last January I felt the same, and lost 25lbs.+ But one bad day of old habits led to another and I fell into the same ol' cycle of comfort food from being down about failing again. I am almost scared to say it out loud that I am going to try it again, I don't want to jynx myself. I really am fet up with the way I look and feel. I want to jump in!! I am looking for someone(ppl) who I can jump in with. so we can support one another through this (let's say) emotional, physical, and scary rollercoaster. (I say scary because this is such a deal to me that I don't want to drown in it).

Looking forward to meeting you!
Here's to a healthier US!!
Tina

You've come to the right place Tina, you most certainly will find motivation here!
Do you know what you are planning to do or are you looking for inspiration?

Hi Susan, I am planning to follow Dr. Phils book. So, in general it will be healthy eating and walking on the treadmill. I am sure that I will get some great inspiration from this site. I have read a lot of great supportive posts so far.

I am so excited!
I was also wondering how to get the weight loss tracker that I see some you have.

Thanks!
Tina
