Thanks a bunch. It does even though I haven't had it that long.. it still keeps me in place!

I also enjoy your journal (I love reading others because it helps me know that I'm not the only one going through this)

I know, I love flipping through everyone that has one, it is just entertaining because I know that I am not the only one that finds the simple concept of eating less and exercising more so darn challenging.
