Seriously. This has been going on my ENTIRE life. The instant I eat a carrot, I get the hiccups.

Any thoughts as to why?

(Clearly I'm bored today if I think this is thread-worthy .)

I dont get the hiccups, but if I eat like 2 or more raw baby carrots I get sick to my stomach (had to make hubby pull over one day, it was NOT pretty) but if I only eat 1 it is ok.... and I can eat all the cooked carrots I can handle.....hmmmm Those darn carrots

I can eat cooked carrot, but raw carrot makes me hiccough, and I like it better raw than cooked (apart from the hiccoughing obviously!!)

That is so funny. I can eat raw carrots like there's no tomorrow, but I can't handle cooked carrots AT ALL. Not even in soup! I got really sick eating them when I was little (traumatic event) and don't touch them (unless it's to pick them OUT of my soup, hehe). No hiccups, though...
