I have started my weight loss since Nov this year and have been on my treadmill daily. It's getting bored. I would like to add some different kind of excrise for fun and enjoy than being bored on same one daily.
What name of DVD's that are good and useful. I have seen Tae Bo Cardio by Billy Blanks, WATP (walk and kick) by Leslie Sansone, The Firms from
www.firmdirect.com and I don't know which to buy. I don't have excrise dvds. I don't want to waste my money if I dont like it. Any information will be appreciate.
