Back to eating right and exercising for me....three days off isn't good at all.

Official weigh in weight: 159 (the one that I record weekly). That's a 3.5 lb loss from last official weigh in. (I was up a half pound today, but Thursday morning's weight is the only on that I count for real).

-2 since last week.... but since i gained 1.. it is more like -1 overall. 118.8 over here. 16.7 body fat %. I would love to lower that percentage.

I am starting to look more toned which is all i care about.

trns, isn't a BMI under 18 considered underweight? Just wondering.

Stephanie - I'm not sure to be honest. My scale didn't come with a chart.
I know men are suppose to have a lower number but my fiance has like 4-6%. I just kind of go off that...

I thought athletes had a lower fat %?

???

trns - oh, ok body fat%! That makes more sense! That's low, but still ok. BMI is a different thing. It's just weight to height ratio, like 18-25 points is normal, below 18 is underweight, 25-30 is overweight and over 30 points is obese, but body fat % is on a different scale and (as you probably know) is what percent of weight is fat. Just clarifying. Sorry I misunderstood.

Yesterday I was at 213 but today it said 217! I need to get a good scale at home. I use the gym scale and people "adjust"" it all the time!

Well I had a bad day on Thursday (really bad, just eating everything in site). I haven't done that since...well since April probably. I've gone over calories, yes, but not willingly just ate and ate and ate. It was all snacks and sugar. Anyhoo....what's done is done...since that was Thursday and my weigh-in was Friday...I'm up 2 pounds...I'll leave my ticker the same and hope it goes back down...I'm thinking I'll be lucky to just maintain over the holidays so much lose weight.

I'm down 5 pounds and I don't know what to do with myself. I worked really hard this week so it's just nice to see the scale recognize that.
