Default 12/6 QOTD. . .Top 5 Fave BOOKS?

I got the question in a little late yesterday, but I thought I'd post another question of the day today (if anyone thinks of any good ones any day and it's not posted yet, by all means. . .).

What are your top 5 favorite books?

1. She Comes Undone by Wally Lamb
2. I Know This Much Is True by Wally Lamb
3. A Child Called 'It' by David Pelzer
4. The DaVinci Code by Dan Brown
5. A Million Little Pieces by James Frey

In no particular order:

"Memoirs of a Geisha" (and I can't wait for the movie now)
"Mama" by Terry McMillan
"Disappearing Acts" by Terry McMillan (believe me, the book is much better than the movie)
"The Time Traveler's Wife"
"The Empty Chair"

This was a hard one since I love so many books

Oooo, where do I start? *surveying bookshelf*

Today's answer would be (in no particular order)

1 - Harry Potter, the whole series. If push came to shove, I'd choose The Order of Phoenix as my favorite
2 - P.S. I Love You by Cecilia Ahern
3 - In Her Shoes by Jennifer Weiner
4 - Little Earthquakes by Jennifer Weiner
5 - The Dirty Girls Social Club by Alisa Valdes-Rodriguez

And I can't wait to read The Time Traveler's Wife. I've heard such good things about it. It's next on my list.

Oooooh books, my favorite subject!!!!!

1) The entire Diana Gabaldon Outlander series!!! Oh my gosh...if you like romance, adventure, mystery, sci-fi, historical fiction, humor...READ THESE BOOKS!! You will NEVER forget these characters!!

2) The entire Left Behind series (original 12 anyway) by Mr. Jenkins and Mr. LaHaye...I haven't read the new prequels because the big event has already happened...who cares about the other stuff that lead up to it??!! LOL However, if they write another sequel about what happens at the end of the 1000 year reign I will definitely read...there's a lot of speculation on that one.

3) The entire Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling...who DOESN'T like these books??

4) Captivating: Unveiling the Mystery of a Woman's Soul by John and Staci Eldredge...a must read for the ladies!!

5) The BFG by Roald Dahl...I must have read this a million times as a kid, and half of those were AFTER I left it outside on the trampoline and it got rained on...even water damage couldn't keep me out of that one! LOL

I really have tons more, but these are my faves. Maybe the next QOTD should be our 6-10 choices...ha!
